RICS Home Surveys

RICS Level 1 Home Survey: A clear overview of the property's condition - ideal for newer properties or conventional homes in good condition where no significant defects are expected.

 

RICS Level 2 Home Survey: A more detailed survey, suitable for conventional properties in reasonable condition - including houses, flats and bungalows that have not been significantly altered or extended.

RICS Building Surveys

RICS Level 3 Building Survey: Our most comprehensive survey, recommended for older, larger or more complex properties - including period homes, listed buildings, non-standard construction or any property where significant defects are suspected.

Defect Diagnosis & Analysis
